Christmas Kitschmas

While I sit around and wait for a specific blogger to come clean with the contents of  her Christmas Kitschmas totes I realize that I'v only shared a lil bit, myself.
Here's another gander.....

I got this sweet fella last year during a pretty rough time. Here's his adoption story ;)

It's funny how the only thing motivating me to Christmas cheer is summed up in this
one small corner of my holiday decorations.
But I guess the important place to be honored and celebrated isn't out in the open but rather inside.
Revealed in the condition of your own heart and your outward love toward's Christ and others.
To walk my home you wouldn't "see" how much I loved God. But to walk with me personally, there would be no escaping His sweet aroma.

  1. I love the shelf of rocking horses! I have an ornament just like that on my tree from 1986...what! What! Also, I love the little santa and mrs claus ornament you have me last year! when I hung them up last week...it made my heart happy.

The wooden horses go in Sarah and Ava's room for the rest of the year. Ava loves playing with them, she has a delicate touch.... Gabe, not so much.

    1. Thanks, John! I buy secondhand so I couldn't tell you anything more sentimental than I love each one :) The only thing with a personal story is my Christmastown snowglobe, I will share about that soon.
