The topic: Blue
Yes, that's it..... Blue.
I'm still an infant to the League so this may or may not be the right "Blue" ya'll are goin for,
but it made me happy slappin this together :) Blue just happens to be my favorite color......
Hence my favorite blue shirt....
Not my favorite Turtle. My sister always went in for the blue one.....
But definitely one of my favorite Muppets....
I've been carryin this postcard around for over a decade waitin on the right person for a blue haired worm greeting.....
I happen to have a blue eye. Two of em' actually...... Maybe I need some blue tweezers.....
Hey, he's got blue eyes too! ;)
I've been checkin out some other takes on "Blue".... so should you. Bust out of your blog rut and explore some random fun ;) SOOOO glad I did.
Mason made me SO jealous with his Muppet Babies lunchbox...
Miss M from Diary of a Dorkette representin the chick toys of our youth! Love her :)
The Geek showin off his superior toy collection again (jealous!)

Gonzo and a Bogglin together! Only on your blog Laura. : )
ReplyDeleteA magical pair... like spottin a unicorn ;)
DeleteThat's an amazing shot of you and Gonzo. It almost looks like the two of you are having a conversation.
ReplyDeleteMaybe we were.... I'll tell him you said he looks great. ;)
DeleteI got the Boo Bobby Blues... Ooh-ooh-oooooh...
ReplyDeleteIt seriously always looks like you and your toys are participating in therapy sessions when you interact with them. Now who is the therapist and who is the patient? Probably changes from day to day. But there are some pretty soulful looking interactions going on here...
Excellent, fun post!
Thanks, Geek :) You're so dorky with that intro... loved it!
DeleteAs far as your inquiry about therapy relations, that is strictly confidential. ;)
and lord, my embedding skills are off the chain, right? ... I can only give you credit.. wax on, wax off ;)
DeleteI so love that photo with Gonzo and you! It looks very real. I agree with the Goodwill Geek!
Deletewho was your favorite turtle! I always loved raphael. i would wish on green skittles that he would come to life and be my boyfriend. sometimes i would switch to michaelangelo. haha.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, it was Raphael! He was all broody and tough, when I got older I liked all the bad boys ;).When the movie came out, my little girl heart totally fell for Casey Jones, ha ha! To this day every time I see that actor I say "Casy Jones!!"
Deleteand I would have choked on skittles if I were eating them when I just read that! I think I remember reading you say that before, HILARIOUS!...I miss bein a kid, Rae :)
DeleteOh how fun was all this? I love the pictures you take. They are always so much fun and are full of such feeling.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Rae though, who was your favorite Turtle? I don't know if you have already mentioned that or not, but I am curious! Hope all is well! Talk to you soon!
Thanks, Miss M! Raphael all the way ;)
DeleteI love that you guys would inquire of that... ya'll are some of the funnest ladies I know :)
I have to know! lol These are important facts! lol
DeleteJust a fantastic collection of pics, as usual. I am totally jealous of all your toys; especially the Boglin.
ReplyDeleteAlso, are those peppers on Gonzo's shirt? Weird.
Trash Man, you have so much more awesome stuff, you give it away by the box full! I don't wanna fan the flames but the Boglin has friends ;) Yes, they are peppers... the shirt makes me think of something Bill Murray would wear....
DeleteGreat stuff! I wish my house got as much natural light in it as yours does, it's so good for photos.
ReplyDeleteHas anyone ever told you you kinda have a young Karen Allen thing goin on?
Hey, Dex :) Yeah, I hear ya on the natural light. Photography is mostly finding the light..... The front of my house is terrible for lighting so most photos I take from the back side. I was reading a few blogs awhile back and the writer's were looking for homes and kept mentioning how they needed a house wth great natural light for their blog photos *eye roll* Can you imagine that bein a deal breaker? ;) My husband would have laughed in my face!
DeleteAnd Karen Allen....ummmm, yes I see it. I should feather my bangs ;) Weirdly, we LOVE Starman in this house.
OH MY GOSH!!! Dex I totally see the Karen Allen thing!
DeleteIt smacked me in the brain the first time I saw a photo of Laura. But I figured I'd wait to mention it after introducing myself so I didn't seem like some random cyber-creeper lol
DeleteFANTASTIC
